Remove all server-side timeouts from doc to pixels
Now we're using client-side timeouts so the server side-ones are not needed. Implemented following the suggestion from @apyrgio [1]. [1]: https://github.com/freedomofpress/dangerzone/pull/622#discussion_r1413906514
