Use "podman" when on Linux, and "docker" otherwise.
This commit also adds a text widget to the interface, showing the actual
content fo the error that happened, to help debug further if needed.

Add Podman's default seccomp policy as of 2024-06-10 [1]. This policy
will be used in subsequent commits in platforms with Podman version 3,
whose seccomp policy does not allow the `ptrace()` syscall.

To be consistent with Light Mode, the background of the
safe_extension_filename QLabel should match the adjacent QTextField,
but the text should be "grayed out"/disabled to indicate that it's not
supposed to be editable.
Switch to the tessdata-fast Tesseract model, instead of the tessdata
one. The tessdata-fast Tesseract model is much smaller, and a bit faster
than the other one. Also, it's the model that Debian/Fedora ship by
default.

Add three status icon for the hamburger menu:
* hamburger_menu.svg: The typical hamburger menu. Taken from
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hamburger_icon.svg, which is
in the public domain.
* hamburger_menu_update_error.svg: A hamburger menu with a red
notification bubble on the top right corner.
* hamburger_menu_update_success.svg: A hamburger menu with a green
notification bubble on the top right corner.
Remove the Kurdish (Arabic) language ("kur_ara") from the list of
languages that we offer for OCR, since it's not included in the
installed languages.
Interestingly, it is not present in the Apline Linux repos as well, so
this was probably an omission in the first place.
Restore the OCR languages to the state they were in
66d3c40163, with some minor changes. We
can now do so because we download all the trained models, not just the
ones that Alpine Linux offers.
This release brings a split in the MacOS binaries, since we now have
separate ones for Intel and Apple Silicon architectures, so we must
reflect this in the README as well.
When enabled, the conversion part does nothing but print some simulated
output. This can be useful for testing non-conversion code (e.g. GUI).
Activated with the hidden flag --unsafe-dummy-conversion.
The user is supposed to only be able to select the safe PDF extension.
In a multi-file scenario, the extension will be the same for all files.
We follow here the design document [1]. To achieve this, we needed a
QLabel right next to a QLineEdit, to give the user the illusion that
it is the same graphical object.
