+In order to prepare a new release, we are following the following steps.

+The `fullrelease` command comes from `zest.releaser
+<https://pypi.python.org/pypi/zest.releaser>`_.

+Install `zest.releaser`:

+- Merge remaining pull requests
+- Update ``CHANGELOG.rst``
